Rallying Cry of the Ascended
Ring all five temple vespers within Bastion to summon the Ascended Council.
Rallying Cry of the Ascended requires ringing all five temple vespers across Bastion within 5 minutes to summon the Ascended Council.
Meet the Level Requirement
Your character must be level 60 to interact with any of the vespers. Characters below level 60 cannot ring the bells and cannot open the chest that spawns after the encounter.
Check Vesper Availability
All five vespers share a respawn timer of approximately 1 to 2 hours. If a vesper appears inactive, another player on the server rang it recently. All five vespers go inactive together 5 minutes after the first bell is rung, then reset on the shared timer.
Ring Vesper of Courage
Head to the Vesper of Courage at 33.38, 59.77 in the Temple of Courage subzone, south of the Necrotic Wake. This vesper is a broken bell on the ground.
Ring Vesper of Purity
Fly to the Vesper of Purity at 64.32, 69.80 in Purity's Pinnacle. This vesper is located on a platform in the sky.
Ring Vesper of Humility
Fly to the Vesper of Humility at 71.87, 38.87 in the Temple of Humility. This vesper is also located on a platform in the sky.
Ring Vesper of Wisdom
Fly to the Vesper of Wisdom at 39.13, 20.40 in Bastion and ring it.
Ring Vesper of Loyalty
Fly to the Vesper of Loyalty at 32.20, 17.90 in Bastion and ring it. All five bells must be rung within 5 minutes of the first bell to trigger the Ascended Council encounter.
Defeat the Ascended Council
Once all five vespers are rung within the 5-minute window, the Ascended Council rare spawns at 53.50, 88.25 in Bastion. Defeat it to complete the achievement.
Tips
Flying is required to reach the sky platforms at the Vesper of Humility and Vesper of Purity. All five bells can be rung in approximately 4 minutes with flying by starting at the southernmost bell and traveling counterclockwise around the map.
Because all five vespers are shared across the entire server, coordinate with other players to avoid arriving at an inactive bell mid-run. If a bell is inactive when you arrive, all five will reset together after the 1 to 2 hour respawn timer.
