Defeat all seven creations from the Pool of Mixed Monstrosities.
It's In The Mix is a 10-point achievement in Maldraxxus that rewards the toy 
Smelly Jelly for defeating all seven creations summoned from the Pool of Mixed Monstrosities.
Travel to House of Plagues
Head to the House of Plagues in Maldraxxus, south of the Plague Watch windrider. The Pool of Mixed Monstrosities is at 58.21, 74.23.
Kill Red Slime Mobs
Defeat Burning Extract and Colossal Plasma — the red slime mobs south of the Pool at 58.21, 74.23 — and pick up the glowing Viscous Oil objects they drop from the ground. These objects are not personal loot, so any nearby player can interact with them.
Kill Blue Slime Giants
Defeat Colossal Goo and Prodigious Animate — the blue slime giants south of the Pool at 58.21, 74.23 — and pick up the glowing Mephitic Goo objects they leave on the ground.
Kill Yellow Slime Giants
Defeat Diseased Remnant and Infectious Monstrosity — the yellow slime giants north of the Pool at 58.21, 74.23 — and pick up the glowing Miscible Ooze objects they drop.
Deposit Items into Pool
Bring the collected objects to the Pool of Mixed Monstrosities at 58.21, 74.23 and interact with it to deposit them. After 30 items total have been added to the Pool in the correct balance across all three colors, the seven creations will spawn for you to defeat and complete the achievement.
Tips
Dragonriding mounts are not slowed in this area, making travel between the northern and southern mob spawns significantly faster.
Because any player can add items to the Pool and there is no way to reverse deposits, attempting this during off-peak hours on lower-population servers reduces the chance of other players disrupting the color balance before all 30 items are deposited.
