The Anima Must Flow
Unlock all of the locations connected to your Anima Conductor.
The Anima Must Flow is a 10-point achievement earned by unlocking all six locations connected to your Anima Conductor, which can be accomplished by activating each location at least temporarily rather than requiring permanent reinforcement.
Upgrade Anima Conductor
Upgrade your Anima Conductor to level three so that all six covenant locations become available to activate.
Activate All Six Locations
Save enough Anima to activate all six locations, then channel each one — temporary activations count toward the achievement, so you do not need to make any location permanent.
Use Daily Reset Timing
If you cannot activate all six on the same day, channel a fifth location late in the day and then channel the sixth location before the following daily reset, since temporary channels last exactly 24 hours — for example, channeling at 8pm gives you until 7:59pm the next day before it expires.

You can earn this achievement with as few as four permanent locations by using the 24-hour overlap between a fifth and sixth temporary activation across two daily resets.
