Tips
You can type /tar followed by a kitten's name to target it if it is hard to spot visually, then place a marker on it.
Petting each cat applies a 5-minute debuff called Gross (You've been slimed!) that gives your character a green tint but has no effect on your ability to continue petting the remaining cats.
Some kittens require wall-walking or jumping to reach their locations, so approach each waypoint carefully from multiple angles if the cat is not immediately accessible.
