Obtain Sorrowbane from the Theater of Pain.
Harvester of Sorrow is a 5-point achievement earned by obtaining 
Sorrowbane, a sword stuck in the ground inside the open-world Theater of Pain arena in Maldraxxus, which requires combining multiple strength buffs to pull free.
Complete the Side Effects questchain
Complete the short questchain around the Theater of Pain in Maldraxxus to unlock Au'larrynar as a vendor, then purchase a 
Potion of Unusual Strength from him for 
1 gold — do not use it yet.
Buy Strength of Blood
Travel to Revendreth and purchase a 
Strength of Blood from Ta'tru at 51.00, 78.62, north of Wanecrypt Hill — the price changes weekly and may cost crafting materials such as 
Raw Seraphic Wing or 
Widowbloom — do not use it yet.
Wait for the World Quest
Wait until the world quest A Few Bumps Along the Way becomes active west of the Theater of Pain in Maldraxxus, as completing it grants the Battle Hardened buff required to pull Sorrowbane.
Bind Hearthstone near the arena
Bind your 
Hearthstone to the innkeeper near the Theater of Pain in Maldraxxus, or purchase a 
Scroll of Teleport: Theater of Pain from One-Eyed Joby for 10 gold, so you can return quickly after gathering your buffs.
Stack all buffs and loot
With A Few Bumps Along the Way active, use your Potion of Unusual Strength and Strength of Blood to stack all required strength buffs, then travel to Sorrowbane at 51.42, 48.47 in Maldraxxus and click the sword to pull it from the ground and earn the achievement.
Tips
If you fail to pull Sorrowbane before your buffs expire, you can obtain the Battle Hardened buff inside a raid without needing the world quest to be active again, allowing you to attempt the pull sooner than the next world quest rotation.
