Phanatical
Collect 250000 Phantasma.
Phanatical requires collecting a total of 250,000 Phantasma across your Torghast runs, and can be completed efficiently using specific torments and anima powers.
Activate Unstable Phantasma Torment
Enter Torghast and check that the Unstable Phantasma torment (the blob) is active — torments reset daily, so check each day until it appears. This torment causes a blob mob to spawn every 4 minutes, and each kill returns Phantasma to you.
Pick a Phantasma-Boosting Anima Power
Select any anima power that increases Phantasma earned — options include 10%, 25%, 50%, or 100% bonuses. Because the Phantasma returned per blob kill scales with your total, the bonus compounds significantly over time, so save as much Phantasma as possible before spending it.
Farm Marrow Scooper in Fracture Chambers
Go to the Fracture Chambers or Upper Reaches and purchase a 
Ravenous Anima Cell from the broker, then use it on a mob to gain the Marrow Scooper buff. Kill skeletons with this buff active to earn large amounts of Phantasma per run, yielding roughly 2,500 Phantasma each run.
Run at Level 16 Difficulty
Enter Torghast at layer 16 to maximize the chance of the Unstable Phantasma appearing as one of your available torments, and to allow you to obtain the Unstable Phantasma Lure drops more reliably during your run.
Tips
Torments reset daily, so if Unstable Phantasma is not available, check again after the daily reset.
Combining the Unstable Phantasma torment with the Marrow Scooper method in the same run maximizes your Phantasma haul per session.
