Obtain a Zhevra mount through the Recruit-a-Friend program.
Friends In High Places is a Feat of Strength achievement awarded when you obtain the 
Swift Zhevra through the Recruit-A-Friend program.
Join Recruit-A-Friend
Participate in the Recruit-A-Friend program to earn mount rewards. The Swift Zhevra is the original RAF reward tied specifically to this Feat of Strength.
Claim Your Swift Zhevra
Once you have an unclaimed RAF reward in your queue, claim the Swift Zhevra to unlock the Friends In High Places Feat of Strength. Note that purchasing the mount from the Trading Post does not grant this achievement.
Tips
If you have unclaimed RAF rewards in your queue, you can hold them and claim newer mounts added to the program before spending them on older rewards.
