Defeat Hakkar, the Manastorms, Dealer Xy'exa, and Mueh'zala while at least one party member is afflicted with Corrupted Blood within a single visit to in De Other Side on Mythic difficulty.

Highly Communicable requires defeating Hakkar, the Manastorms, Dealer Xy'exa, and Mueh'zala in De Other Side on Mythic difficulty while at least one party member carries the Corrupted Blood debuff through all four boss kills in a single run.

1

Clear All Dungeon Trash

Clear all trash in De Other Side before attempting the achievement. Completing any other dungeon achievements first, then resetting to attempt this one alone, makes the run cleaner.

2

Obtain Corrupted Blood from Hakkar

During the Hakkar fight, have two party members afflicted with Corrupted Blood and stack them together. If Hakkar gets stuck in an infinite Blood Barrage loop, auto-attack him down to around 70% health before he casts Blood Barrage or Blood Barrier to bypass the bug. If a Blood Barrier does appear, break it with auto-attacks without canceling the fight, and Hakkar will resume casting Corrupted Blood normally.

3

Keep Debuff Bouncing Between Players

Corrupted Blood bounces to nearby players at the end of its duration, so keep the two afflicted players stacked closely together at all times. Avoid any separation on the Z-axis, as vertical distance will stop the debuff from spreading. The debuff can be swapped to different players throughout the run and does not need to stay on the same two people the entire time. Mounting and eating are both allowed while carrying the debuff.

4

Skip the Portal After Dealer Xy'exa

After defeating Dealer Xy'exa, do not take the green portal or flight path, as the travel duration will remove the Corrupted Blood debuff. Instead, go to the right of the portal and walk up the ridge manually to reach the next area.

5

Park Carriers at Mueh'zala

An alternative approach is to have two characters stay stationary near Mueh'zala and pass Corrupted Blood between themselves while a third character defeats the remaining bosses independently, since the achievement only requires at least one party member to be afflicted — not that the afflicted player be present in each boss room.

Tips

  • A 2-seater mount can be used to keep both Corrupted Blood carriers together conveniently while moving between bosses.
