Track each sub-achievement individually while running the dungeons so you can confirm when each criterion is met. An average item level of around 165 (one full clear of Mythic 0 gear) is sufficient for most of these.

The player data does not confirm whether these achievements can be completed on Mythic+, only that they were completed in Mythic dungeons. Verify each achievement's eligibility before running higher keystones.

Complete Bountiful Harvest, Ready for Raiding VII, and Surgeon's Supplies. For Bountiful Harvest on the second boss Amarth the Harvester, click the Grisly Curio in the corner of the boss room to spawn the Grisly Colossus add, interrupt its Rasping Scream once, kill the add before engaging the boss, then defeat Amarth.

Complete Full Gores Meal, Going Viral, and Riding with my Slimes. Riding with my Slimes is a personal achievement — jump into the water to gain the Concentrated Plague debuff, stack it to 10 to transform it into the Plaguefallen debuff (you can eat food while stacking), and note that the debuff cannot be refreshed once applied.

Complete Picking Up the Pieces, Breaking Bad, and Nobody Puts Denathrius in a Corner. Picking Up the Pieces on the first boss Halkias can behave unexpectedly, so track the criteria actively to confirm it registers during the fight.

Complete Goliath Offline, ExSPEARiential, and I Can See My House From Here across the Spires of Ascension dungeon.

Complete Three Choose One, Fresh Meat!, and Royal Rumble across the Theater of Pain dungeon.

Complete Couple's Therapy, Thinking with..., and Highly Communicable across De Other Side dungeon.

Complete Someone Could Trip on These!, Hooked On Hydroponics, and Hunger for Knowledge across Mists of Tirna Scithe dungeon.

Complete Residue Evil, Kaal-ed Shot, and I Only Have Eyes For You. The Sanguine Depths achievements are notably more difficult — the player data swapped the Outlaw Rogue for a Resto Druid to run two healers for this dungeon specifically.
