Surgeon's Supplies
Defeat Surgeon Stitchflesh after destroying two barrels of spare parts in the Necrotic Wake on Mythic difficulty.
Surgeon's Supplies is a 10-point Mythic difficulty achievement earned by defeating Surgeon Stitchflesh in the Necrotic Wake after destroying both barrels of spare parts using the Stitchflesh's Creation's Meat Hook ability.
Set Mythic Difficulty
Enter the Necrotic Wake on Mythic difficulty. The achievement can be tracked and will display in red until all requirements are met, turning white when satisfied.
Locate the Spare Parts Barrels
Upon entering the boss room, two spare parts barrels are located in the corners of the wall you entered through — one to your left and one to your right. They are identifiable by the green fumes coming out of them.
Clear All Trash
Clear all trash mobs in the room before engaging Surgeon Stitchflesh.
Pull Boss and Position Add
Begin the boss fight. One Stitchflesh's Creation spawns at the start and additional ones spawn every 30–45 seconds. Pull the Stitchflesh's Creation near one of the spare parts barrels, keeping only one add active at a time.
Destroy First Barrel with Meat Hook
When the Stitchflesh's Creation targets you with Meat Hook (indicated by an arrow over your head), position yourself behind one of the spare parts barrels so the hook — which has a range of roughly 40 yards — destroys it. Once the hook fires, move out of its path so you do not intercept it. Destroying the barrel spawns 5 Spare Parts.
Destroy Second Barrel with Meat Hook
When the next Meat Hook targets you, repeat the process by positioning behind the second spare parts barrel in the opposite corner so the hook destroys it as well.
Use Hook on Boss, Then Kill Him
After both barrels are destroyed, use the Meat Hook to pull Surgeon Stitchflesh down from the platform, then defeat him to complete the achievement.
