Collect Shield at 47, 62
Find the 
Hauk's Battle-Scarred Bulwark on the ground at 47, 62 in Maldraxxus. No special requirements are needed to open it, but be prepared as 3 mobs will attack you after you do.
Grab Food at 30, 28
Find the food reward on the ground in the middle of the ring at 30, 28 in Maldraxxus. No extra steps are required to collect it, but watch out for rare mobs walking in the area.
Enter Cave at 66, 50
Head to the cave at 66.14, 50.35 in Maldraxxus to find the 
Reclaimed Vessel inside. Looting this jar starts the related quest Why Me?
