Riding with my Slimes
Defeat all bosses while affected by Plaguefallen within a single visit in Plaguefall on Mythic difficulty.
Riding with my Slimes requires you to defeat all four bosses in Plaguefall on Mythic difficulty while each boss dies with the Plaguefallen debuff active on you.
Set Mythic Difficulty
Enter Plaguefall on Mythic difficulty. This is a personal achievement, so each player in the group tracks it independently and does not need to complete it at the same time as others.
Stack Concentrated Plague
Before each boss, stand in the green slime water to gain the Concentrated Plague debuff. Once it reaches 10 stacks it transforms into Plaguefallen, which is the debuff required for the achievement. You can eat food such as 
Extra Fancy Darkmoon Feast while stacking the debuff to pass the time.
Kill Boss While Debuffed
Defeat each boss while Plaguefallen is active on you. The debuff lasts 2 minutes, so if it expires before you reach the next boss you will need to re-enter the slime water and stack back to 10 again. You cannot refresh the debuff timer until it has fully dropped off. Dying during the fight is allowed, but you must re-acquire Plaguefallen before the boss dies.
Handle the Final Boss
For Margrave Stradama, the water in her room reduces healing received by 100% and cannot be used to gain Plaguefallen. Instead, get your 10 stacks from the green slime at the drop point just before jumping down into her room, then burn the boss as fast as possible. Due to her underground phase mechanic, you may have only a few seconds of Plaguefallen remaining when she dies, so speed is critical.
Tips
Immunity spells will remove the Plaguefallen debuff, so avoid using them once you have your stacks before a boss pull.
Troll characters with the Da Voodoo Shuffle racial have approximately 96 seconds of Plaguefallen instead of the usual 120 seconds. For Margrave Stradama, a troll can tag the boss at the start, leave the room, and then re-enter to pick up the debuff when the boss is nearly dead, as long as the boss was tagged before the debuff was obtained.
