Conspicuous Consumption is a Feat of Strength awarded for obtaining the 
Reins of the Mighty Caravan Brutosaur, which is no longer sold by vendors and must now be found on the Black Market Auction House.
Monitor Black Market Auction House
Since Shadowlands launch, vendors Talutu and Tricky Nick in Tiragarde Sound and Zuldazar stopped selling the Reins of the Mighty Caravan Brutosaur. The mount now appears on the Black Market Auction House, so watch for it to become listed and bid the maximum amount to avoid being outbid at the last moment.
Achievement Unlocks on Learn
The Conspicuous Consumption Feat of Strength is awarded the moment you learn the mount, regardless of when or how you obtained it — the achievement remains fully obtainable today through the Black Market Auction House.
Tips
If you are outbid, try checking the Black Market Auction House on other connected realm clusters, as the mount can appear independently on different servers — the mount has been confirmed found on EU connected realms such as Blade's Edge, Vek'nilash, Eonar, Aerie Peak, and Bronzebeard.
When placing a bid, enter the maximum allowed value rather than a low opening bid to avoid losing the auction by a small margin at the final seconds — see video guide for a real example of this mistake nearly costing a successful bid.
