Masked Trio
Complete all objectives in any Horrific Vision with any 3 Faceless Masks active.
Masked Trio is a 5-point achievement earned by completing all objectives in any Horrific Vision with at least 3 Faceless Masks active simultaneously.
Choose Your Three Masks
Select three masks based on difficulty. The easiest combination starts with 
Faceless Mask of Dark Imagination (spawns an aberration every 1-2 minutes when below 50% sanity), 
Faceless Mask of the Burned Bridge (leaves void pools behind you that drain sanity), and 
Faceless Mask of the Pained (applies 2 affixes per area instead of 1, difficulty varies by weekly rotation).
Avoid Harder Masks If Possible
Faceless Mask of the Daredevil causes all enemy sanity-draining damage to drain 5 times more sanity, making it significantly more punishing than the three recommended masks above.
Complete All Vision Objectives
Enter a Horrific Vision with all 3 chosen masks equipped and complete every objective in the vision; finishing with all objectives done awards the Masked Trio achievement.
