Horrific Masquerade
Obtain all 5 Faceless Masks.
Horrific Masquerade is an achievement that requires obtaining all 5 Faceless Masks, each earned by completing specific objectives within Horrific Visions of Orgrimmar or Stormwind with varying conditions.
Earn the Long Night Mask
Obtain 
Faceless Mask of the Long Night by completing all 5 objectives in a single Horrific Vision — both corrupted areas, both lost areas, and either Thrall or Alleria — then loot the end chest.
Earn the Burned Bridge Mask
Obtain 
Faceless Mask of the Burned Bridge by completing the Valley of Wisdom lost area in a Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar while any other Faceless Mask is active; defeating Thrall is not required, just loot the end chest.
Earn the Daredevil Mask
Obtain 
Faceless Mask of the Daredevil by completing the Valley of Honor lost area in a Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar while any other Faceless Mask is active; defeating Thrall is not required, just loot the end chest.
Earn the Pained Mask
Obtain 
Faceless Mask of the Pained by meeting its end-chest condition inside a Horrific Vision while any other Faceless Mask is active.
Note Per-Character Mask Usage
Each mask is character-specific and can only be equipped by the character that obtained it, but all masks collected across your characters count toward the Horrific Masquerade achievement; if you need remaining masks, you will have to wait for weekly resets to run additional Horrific Visions on the required character.
Tips
If you are also pursuing The Most Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar and The Most Horrific Vision of Stormwind, plan which character farms which masks across resets to avoid redundant runs.
