Cleansing Treatment
Defeat the Carapace of N'Zoth in Ny'alotha, the Waking City after defeating all Synthesis Growths within 10 seconds on Normal difficulty or higher.
Cleansing Treatment is a 10-point achievement earned by defeating the Carapace of N'Zoth in Ny'alotha, the Waking City after killing all Synthesis Growths within 10 seconds on Normal difficulty or higher.
Equip the Legendary Cloak
Equip 
Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve before entering the raid — without it, you will be mind controlled at the start of the Carapace of N'Zoth encounter. Complete the questline for it if you have not already.
Bring a Second Player
This achievement cannot be completed solo due to the split-path mechanic. A minimum of two players is required, though a group of four (two per side) is more reliable. The achievement has been completed with as few as two players, such as a Havoc Demon Hunter on the left path and a Protection Paladin on the right.
Clear the Mycelial Cysts
During the second phase of the fight, the group descends into tunnels with two pathways — left and right. Mycelial cysts create floor puddles that slow and damage players; deal damage to the cysts to retract their puddles so your group can reach the Synthesis Growths along each path.
Assign Growths Per Player
Mark each Synthesis Growth with a world marker and assign a corresponding player to each one. There are two clusters of 3 growths on the right side and one cluster of 2 growths on the left side. Split your group so both paths are covered simultaneously.
Coordinate the Kill
Bring every Synthesis Growth down to 10–20% health, then have all players gather in Wrathion's sanity circle to confirm readiness. On a coordinated call — voice comms are strongly recommended — everyone returns to their assigned growth and burns it down at the same time to kill all growths within the 10-second window.
Tips
Using voice communication is critical for coordinating the simultaneous kill of all Synthesis Growths within the 10-second requirement.
If running with a pug, the marker-and-assignment method (matching a world marker on a growth to the same marker on a player's head) significantly reduces confusion about who kills which growth.
