Glory of the Ny'alotha Raider
Complete the Ny'alotha, the Waking City raid achievements listed below.
Glory of the Ny'alotha Raider requires completing 12 specific challenge achievements across all bosses in the Ny'alotha, the Waking City raid, rewarding the 
Wriggling Parasite mount upon completion.
Equip Corruption Resistance Gear
Before entering Ny'alotha, be aware you are still required to wear sufficient gear to avoid being instantly mind controlled inside the raid.
Smoke Test — Wrathion
Assign 3 fast-moving DPS to stand in the scale drop during Phase 2, then have all 3 simultaneously attack Shards — each player must hit 4 Shards within 3 seconds to complete this achievement.
Mana Sponge — Maut
Keep the 3rd add that spawns inside a void circle until Phase 2 to avoid damaging it, then let it catch a blue orb so it transforms; pop Bloodlust and drag the add away during its Dark Manifestations cast, finish Phase 2, kill the add, then kill the boss.
Phase 3: Prophet — Prophet Skitra
Find the Disciple of the Prophet add located far north on the right side of the map, kite it into the boss room, and damage it there to complete this achievement.
Buzzer Beater — Dark Inquisitor Xanesh
Complete the Buzzer Beater achievement during the Dark Inquisitor Xanesh encounter in Ny'alotha.
Total Annihilation — Vexiona
Complete the Total Annihilation achievement during the Vexiona encounter in Ny'alotha.
Realizing Your Potential — The Hivemind
Complete the Realizing Your Potential achievement during The Hivemind encounter in Ny'alotha.
How? Isn't it Obelisk? — Ra-den
Complete the How? Isn't it Obelisk? achievement during the Ra-den the Despoiled encounter in Ny'alotha.
You Can Pet the Dog, But... — Shad'har
Complete the You Can Pet the Dog, But... achievement during the Shad'har the Insatiable encounter in Ny'alotha.
Temper Tantrum — Drest'agath

It's Not A Cult — N'Zoth the Corruptor
Complete the It's Not A Cult achievement during the N'Zoth the Corruptor encounter to finish the final requirement for Glory of the Ny'alotha Raider.
Tips
All 12 achievements except Cleansing Treatment are soloable at max level; consider bringing at least one other player for Cleansing Treatment due to its 10-second window requiring kills on opposite sides of the room simultaneously.
