Defeat Vexiona in Ny'alotha, the Waking City after allowing every player to be hit by Annihilation at least 30 times on Normal difficulty or higher.

Total Annihilation requires defeating Vexiona in Ny'alotha, the Waking City after every player has been hit by Annihilation at least 30 times on Normal difficulty or higher.

1

Enter on Normal Difficulty

Enter Ny'alotha, the Waking City on Normal difficulty and clear the trash leading to Vexiona before engaging her.

2

Stack in One Spot

Before the fight begins, designate a rally point using a world marker so all players stand together, allowing the Void Ascendant's Annihilation beam to hit everyone simultaneously.

3

Absorb Annihilation Hits

Have the tank position the Void Ascendant so the Annihilation beam passes through the grouped players for the full duration of the first cast, then use shorter blasts on subsequent casts until every player has been hit at least 30 times. Players who need to drop a puddle must leave the group temporarily but can return to collect more stacks afterward.

4

Kill Vexiona

Once every player has accumulated at least 30 Annihilation hits, burn down Vexiona to complete the achievement. Players who died after already reaching 30 hits still count toward the criteria.

Tips

  • A Mistweaver Monk's Revival or multiple Priests using Mass Dispel simultaneously can remove Annihilation stacks around 10–12 stacks, letting players safely absorb more hits and reach 30 total without dying.
