Ultimate Triage
Use a Heavy Frostweave Bandage, or any Embersilk or Windwool Bandage, to heal a player who has less than 5% health.
Ultimate Triage is a 5-point achievement earned by using a Heavy Frostweave Bandage, or any Embersilk or Windwool Bandage, to heal a player or NPC who has less than 5% health.
Get Below 5% Health
Jump from a high location to take fall damage and drop below 5% health, or duel a friend and let them bring you low before stopping the attack. A Warlock can use Hellfire or Life Tap to drain their own health below 5%.
Apply Bandage Immediately
Use a Heavy Frostweave Bandage, or any Embersilk or Windwool Bandage, on yourself, another player, or an NPC below 5% health to complete the achievement. If you choose to use the fall damage method, healing yourself right after landing lets you combine this with the Going Down? achievement.
Tips
The target does not have to be a player — bandaging any NPC below 5% health also counts toward this achievement.
