The Most Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar is a 15-point achievement earned by completing all objectives in the Horrific Vision of Orgrimmar in a single visit while all 5 Faceless Masks are active.
Prepare Cloak and Gear
This achievement becomes soloable around cloak rank 12 at item level 458, though it grows easier as your cloak approaches rank 15. By the time scaling favors you, even an item level 200 character can clear all 5 masks without dropping below manageable sanity levels.
Skip Non-Required Enemies
If you no longer need Mementos from the data archive, skip chests and any packs of enemies that do not need to be killed to complete objectives, preserving sanity and cooldowns for required bosses.
Handle Valley of Spirits Boss Carefully
Do not one-shot the final boss in Valley of Spirits, as doing so causes the objective to bug out and not complete. Instead, use a weak ability or auto-attack to allow him to cast Hopelessness, then run back to your body and finish him off.
Defeat Vez'okk Cautiously
In Valley of Wisdom, be careful when engaging Vez'okk, as he can burn the remaining 50% of your sanity in a single hit if you are not prepared, consuming your emergency sanity buff in the process.
Use Pet to Defeat Thrall (BM Hunter Only)
If you are playing as a Beast Mastery Hunter, you can remain outside Thrall's building and send your pet in to defeat him, avoiding his most dangerous mechanics entirely.
Tips
If your Heart of Azeroth is available, Reaping Flames can one-shot most minor mobs and significantly speed up the run.
Beast Mastery Hunters have a substantially easier time with this achievement than most other classes due to pet-based mechanics.
