Enter Ny'alotha and Defeat N'Zoth
Enter Ny'alotha, the Waking City and defeat N'Zoth the Corruptor on Mythic difficulty. The fight involves managing your Sanity — if another player activates their Corrupted Memento necklace, a yellow ring appears around them, so stand inside it to restore your Sanity, and if you activate yours, stay still until the ring fades or it will disappear early.
