Realm First! Conqueror of Naxxramas is earned by participating in your realm's first defeat of Kel'Thuzad in 25-player Naxxramas, rewarding the title Conqueror of Naxxramas.
Enter Naxxramas and defeat Kel'Thuzad
Enter Naxxramas on 25-player mode and defeat Kel'Thuzad before any other raid on your realm has done so. You must be online and alive when Kel'Thuzad dies — disconnecting before the kill is confirmed means you will not receive the achievement even if you were present for the attempt and can still loot the boss.
Tips
Only exactly 25 players in the raid at the time of the kill receive this title, so roster spots are limited regardless of guild size or prior attempts.
