Earn 200 Timewarped Badges from doing quests and participating in Alterac Valley Classic.

Alterac Valley of Olde requires you to earn 200 Timewarped Badges by completing quests and participating in the Korrak's Revenge (Alterac Valley Classic) battleground.

1

Queue for Korrak's Revenge

Queue specifically for Korrak's Revenge, which is the Alterac Valley Classic battleground. Winning a match awards 20 Timewarped Badges and losing awards 10, so even losses contribute to your 200-badge total.

2

Complete Both Factions' Quests

Use Mercenary Mode (available in the New Dalaran Sewers) to queue as the opposite faction and complete their one-time quests as well — quests like capping a graveyard, capturing a mine, and looting Armor Scraps each reward 10 Timewarped Badges on first completion per faction, giving a significant boost to your total.

3

Do Daily Quests Each Reset

Following a hotfix, many battleground quests were converted to dailies with the repeatable turn-in removed, so queue once or twice per day to knock out the available daily quests rather than farming repeatable turn-ins.

4

Claim Both Mount Rewards

Reaching 200 Timewarped Badges completes the achievement and awards both the Frostwolf Snarler and the Stormpike Battle Ram — you do not need to repeat the achievement on the opposite faction to receive both mounts.

Tips

  • The one-time 10-badge quests (graveyard cap, mine capture, armor scrap looting) can be completed once per faction, so doing them on both Alliance and Horde via Mercenary Mode effectively doubles your one-time quest badge income.

  • As Horde, the Empty Stables repeatable quest was a reliable source of mount progress with fast turn-ins, as the equivalent Alliance version is less efficient due to terrain.
