Crashin' Thrashin' Battleship (Alliance) or 
Crashin' Thrashin' Juggernaught (Horde), both originally found in the 
Winter Veil Gift and still obtainable via the Stolen Present from the daily quest You're a Mean One... in Orgrimmar or Ironforge.
Complete Daily Quest
Pick up and complete the daily quest You're a Mean One... in Orgrimmar (Horde) or Ironforge (Alliance) to receive a Stolen Present, which has a chance to contain either toy.
Open Stolen Present
Open the Stolen Present and right-click the toy to add it to your Toy Box — opening one toy has been known to simultaneously unlock both the Battleship and the Juggernaught, completing the achievement in a single step.
