Essence Overload
Infuse the Heart of Azeroth with all available Essences from the Rise of Azshara update at rank 3 or higher for any of your roles.
Essence Overload requires you to infuse the Heart of Azeroth with all available Essences introduced in the Rise of Azshara update at rank 3 or higher for any of your roles.
Obtain All Rank 3 Essences
You must collect every Rise of Azshara Essence at rank 3 or higher for at least one role. One of these Essences, Conflict and Strife, previously required maintaining 1000 or more rating in Rated PvP (Rated 2v2, 3v3, or Rated Battlegrounds) to loot 
Burgeoning Battlefield Furor from the weekly conquest chest, though this rating requirement has since been removed.
Infuse All Essences
Equip your Heart of Azeroth necklace and infuse each Rank 3 Essence. If you have collected all required Essences for your primary role but the achievement does not trigger, purchase and infuse an additional Essence for a different spec from MOTHER, as this has been confirmed to cause the achievement to complete.
Relog If Achievement Stalls
After infusing your final Essence, log out and log back in if the achievement does not pop immediately, as this has been confirmed to resolve the trigger.
