Power Is Beautiful
Infuse the Heart of Azeroth with any Heart of Azeroth Essence at rank 4.
Power Is Beautiful requires you to infuse the Heart of Azeroth with any Heart of Azeroth Essence at rank 4, and is currently obtainable by completing the quest A Bolt from the Blue to earn a rank 4 essence.
Complete A Bolt from the Blue
Work through the required BfA questlines to unlock and complete the quest A Bolt from the Blue, which rewards a rank 4 Heart of Azeroth Essence. Use the in-game BfA quest tracking section to identify which prerequisite quests you still need.
Infuse the Rank 4 Essence
Take the rank 4 essence to the Heart Forge and infuse it into your Heart of Azeroth. The achievement may not trigger immediately after infusing.
Learn a Second Essence
If the achievement does not pop after infusing the rank 4 essence, you must learn any rank of any other essence. If you do not PvP heavily, purchase a rank 1 PvP essence from Marshal Gabriel in Boralus for 5x 
Mark of Honor, then return to the Heart Forge and learn it to trigger the achievement credit.
Tips
Equip the rank 4 essence on your Heart of Azeroth before learning the second essence, as this appears to be the state in which the achievement triggers.
