Back to the Depths! requires you to complete the Summons from the Depths scenario 10 times, with each kill of the event boss counting as one completion.
Travel to the Event
Head to the Summons from the Depths event at 58, 28. The boss typically spawns at 57.82, 27.94, but you can also open your map and look for a purple-white skull icon to confirm the exact spawn location.
Learn the Spawn Schedule
The event repeats every 3 hours. On EU servers, it occurs at 1:00, 4:00, 7:00, 10:00, 13:00, 16:00, 19:00, and 22:00 server time. On NA servers in the Fall (after clocks fall back), it runs at 12:00, 3:00, 6:00, and 9:00 both AM and PM. In the Spring (after clocks spring forward), it shifts to 1:00, 4:00, 7:00, and 10:00 both AM and PM.
Kill the Boss for Credit
Defeat the event boss to earn one completion toward the achievement. Both kills in a single day count toward progress, so you can earn 2 completions per day by attending consecutive spawns. After the kill, fly back toward 61.1, 37.04 and return for the next spawn to continue making progress.
Avoid Dying During the Fight
Dying to one of the bosses during the event can cause you to miss credit entirely. Stay alive through the encounter to guarantee your completion is counted.
Tips
Each kill counts toward the achievement individually, and two completions per day are confirmed to work, meaning you can finish all 10 completions across as few as 5 days.
The reputation token from the event is a daily reward, but achievement credit is not daily-limited — attending multiple spawns in one day still advances the achievement.
