Aqua Team Murder Force

Begin working with your three Alliance followers in Nazjatar: Bladesman Inowari, Farseer Ori, and Hunter Akana. Each day, select one follower to activate, which spawns a set of follower daily quests in Nazjatar, each awarding 100 follower XP, with 300 XP required per rank.

Once a follower reaches rank 20 they unlock a unique reward: Bladesman Inowari awards the pet Brilliant Glimmershell, Farseer Ori awards the toy Carved Ankoan Charm, and Hunter Akana awards the mount Deepcoral Snapdragon, so level the follower whose reward you want most first.

Bring each follower to rank 27 before moving on to the next, rather than pushing any single follower to 30 immediately; this ensures that bonus experience items such as Ancient Reefwalker Bark — which can drop from soloable world bosses like Oronu and the other Reefwalker Elders in Nazjatar — are not wasted on a follower already at cap.

Once all three followers are at rank 27 or above, rotate through leveling each one to 30; without bonus XP items this process takes approximately one month per follower, meaning the full achievement requires roughly three months of daily questing.

As of patch 8.3, this achievement is account-wide, but it does not automatically grant the achievement to characters on your opposite faction — Alliance progress does not count toward any Horde equivalent, and each faction requires its own separate three-month follower grind.
