Complete Nazjatar Sub-Achievements
This is a meta-achievement requiring you to complete the Nazjatar achievements listed beneath it. Progress is account-wide, so different characters can contribute — for example, one character can level one follower to 30 and another character can level a different follower to 30, and both will count toward the overall achievement.
Level Followers With Reputation Items
Boost follower experience by collecting reputation items: 
Giant Crab Leg (50 rep with Poen Gillbrack or Bladesman Inowari, drops from Sandclaw Stoneshell and crabs west of the Gate of the Queen), 
Fathom Ray Wing (50 rep with Neri Sharpfin or Hunter Akana, drops from Soundless and rays in Coral Forest), 
Eel Filet (50 rep with Vim Brineheart or Farseer Ori, drops from Chasm-Haunter and eels in The Hanging Reef and Deepcoil Tunnels), and 
Reefwalker Bark (20 rep with each bodyguard, drops from Kelpwillow, Anemonar, Urduu, Oronu, and Murkbloom Reefwalker in The Hanging Reef).
Farm the Hermit Crab
Unusually Wise Hermit Crab grants 75 reputation with your targeted bodyguard and has a random drop source, so kill creatures throughout Nazjatar while working on other follower tasks.
Tips
Because progress is account-wide, splitting follower leveling across multiple characters reduces the time investment required per character.
Leveling all three followers to level 30 for the Undersea Usurper sub-achievement is heavily time-gated; plan to work on it gradually across multiple sessions rather than expecting rapid completion.
