Unlock Bladesman Inowari
Complete the quest 'A Tempered Blade' in Nazjatar to unlock Bladesman Inowari as a follower. This requires first completing the Magni Bronzebeard Neck upgrade intro quests, which send you back to Nazjatar, and the High Mountain part scenario — Jaina's initial quest to unlock Nazjatar alone is not sufficient.
Level Inowari to Rank 30
Use the Followers Daily in Nazjatar to adventure with Bladesman Inowari and accumulate experience until they reach Rank 30, which awards the Battle-Scarred: Bladesman Inowari achievement and 250 reputation.
