Lactose Intolerant
Defeat Za'qul in the Eternal Palace after killing ten Twinklehoof Bovine on Normal difficulty or higher.
Lactose Intolerant requires defeating Za'qul in the Eternal Palace on Normal difficulty or higher after killing ten Twinklehoof Bovine in a secret cow level unlocked during the encounter.
Reach Phase 4
Progress the Za'qul encounter until Phase 4 begins. At this point, six red circles become active on the platform — five arranged in a half-circle on the western side and one on the eastern side.
Power Up All Six Runes
Position players on each of the six red circles, then dispel the Manic Dread fear debuff while those players are standing on the circles. Being dispelled while on a circle causes a Caustic Delirium pool to drop directly on top of it, powering up the rune. Repeat this for all six circles.
Enter the Secret Cow Level
Once all six runes are powered up, a portal spawns in the middle of the room. Press the extra action button to teleport into the secret cow level.
Kill Ten Twinklehoof Bovine Quickly
The portal closes after a short time, so kill all ten Twinklehoof Bovine before it does. The cows are spread out across the area, so use your raid's Bloodlust, Heroism, or Time Warp here rather than saving it for Za'qul. Area-of-effect abilities such as Halo are effective for reaching spread-out targets.
Defeat Za'qul to Complete
The achievement is trackable, so once all ten Twinklehoof Bovine have been killed the criteria will show as complete. Return and defeat Za'qul to earn Lactose Intolerant.
Tips
If the Manic Dread fear keeps players rooted in place rather than moving them off the circle, they will still drop the Caustic Delirium on the rune without needing to use a PvP trinket or other dispel tool to reposition.
The ten Twinklehoof Bovine must be killed within the limited window before the portal closes, so bring as many players as possible rather than attempting this with a minimal group.
