Unfathomable
Complete the Nazjatar storylines listed below.
Unfathomable is a 10-point achievement earned by completing the Nazjatar storylines, including the quest chain that culminates in Turning the Tide.
Start Scouting the Palace
Pick up the beginning quest Scouting the Palace, available to both factions. Completing it rewards a choice of Benthic Legguards, Feet, or Hands (all item level 385) along with 
20 Prismatic Manapearls.
Upgrade Benthic Armor
After receiving your Benthic piece, Lor'thamar tasks you with upgrading one Benthic armor piece using 20 Prismatic Manapearls at the appropriate Upgrade NPC, then return to Lor'thamar to continue the chain.
Complete Down But Not Out
Complete the quest Down But Not Out and accumulate 3,000 points to unlock the third storyline segment, Turning the Tide, which is required for the achievement.
Finish Nazjatar Storylines
Complete all required Nazjatar storylines to finish the achievement. Doing so also unlocks a new Flight Master at The Tidal Conflux — Kobo Rayfriend for Horde and Nobu for Alliance.
