You need exactly 1,000 Frostweave Cloth (50 stacks) to complete this achievement. Frostweave Cloth is available on the Auction House.

Craft 500 Bandages

Create 500 Heavy Frostweave Bandages using your 1,000 Frostweave Cloth. The full crafting process takes approximately 750 seconds, or about 12 and a half minutes.

Vendor Leftover Bandages

If you have no use for the bandages after completing the achievement, vendoring all 500 returns 125 gold.
