Scrappy's Best Friend
Revive Scrappy in Rustbolt and feed him a Mechano-Treat.
Scrappy's Best Friend is a 10-point achievement earned in Rustbolt by reviving the robot dog Scrappy with an Energy Cell and then feeding him a Mechano-Treat.
Obtain Required Items
You need one 
Energy Cell to revive Scrappy, and at least two 
Mechano-Treats to trigger the achievement. The recipe 
Blueprint: Mechano-Treat can be looted from The Scrap King once per day.
Locate and Target Scrappy
Use /target Scrappy in Rustbolt to find him — he roams the area and can stop anywhere, but when not active he is often found near the T intersection or the gate leading toward Bondo's Yard. Because Scrappy is sometimes clipped beneath the ground, using /target Scrappy is the most reliable way to locate him.
Revive Scrappy
With Scrappy targeted, interact with him to revive him using one Energy Cell; if he is clipped underground and you cannot interact normally, go to Game Menu > Key Bindings > Targeting, bind a key to Interact with Target, then press that key while next to Scrappy's minimap icon to trigger the revive prompt.
Feed Scrappy Mechano-Treats
Once Scrappy is revived, use your Mechano-Treats on him — at least two are required to complete the achievement; Scrappy will then run around Rustbolt for 15 minutes before powering down and becoming available to revive again.
Tips
Blueprint: Mechano-Treat can be looted from The Scrap King once per day, so farm it daily until you have enough Mechano-Treats.
