Junkyard Melomaniac requires you to unlock the Rustbolt Gramophone and then collect all available vinyl tracks scattered across Mechagon.

Defeat the rare Steel Singer Freza to obtain the 
Blueprint: Rustbolt Gramophone. Once crafted, the first track 'Ode to Tinkertown' is automatically available.
Collect Vinyl: Mimiron's Brainstorm
Vinyl: Mimiron's Brainstorm drops from the 
Recycling Requisition box, which is rewarded from the Reclamation Rig event or the daily quest Recyclable Parts. Steel Singer Freza can also drop this vinyl at a very low drop rate, averaging roughly 1.7% based on approximately 60 kills.
Collect Vinyl: Depths of Ulduar
Vinyl: Depths of Ulduar drops from Ol' Big Tusk, as well as from Gemicide, Earthbreaker Gulroc, Boilburn, and The Kleptoboss, all of which are associated with the Drill Rig event in Mechagon.
Collect Vinyl: Gnomeregan Forever
Vinyl: Gnomeregan Forever drops from Boggac Skullbash and Mechagonian Nullifier in Mechagon.
Collect Vinyl: Battle of Gnomeregan
Vinyl: Battle of Gnomeregan drops from the Data Anomaly event in Mechagon. Steel Singer Freza can also drop this vinyl at a very low drop rate.
Collect Vinyl: Triumph of Gnomeregan
Vinyl: Triumph of Gnomeregan can drop from the 
Irradiated Box of Assorted Parts obtained from the Reclamation Rig event, and Steel Singer Freza is also confirmed to drop it at a very low rate.
Tips
Steel Singer Freza can drop any of the vinyls, but the drop rate is very low — budget for a large number of kills if farming her specifically.
The Recycling Requisition box from the Reclamation Rig event and the Recyclable Parts daily quest are both valid sources for Vinyl: Mimiron's Brainstorm, so completing both each day maximizes attempts.
All vinyl tracks are potentially available on the Auction House, which may be faster than farming individual events.
