Nothing Boring About Borean is a 10-point achievement earned by completing all of the Borean Tundra storylines listed in the achievement.
Complete D.E.H.T.A. Encampment Quests
Find the D.E.H.T.A. Encampment and complete A Mission Statement, which involves eliminating Nesingwary lackeys across 12 quests. Also pick up the Massive Moth Omelet? quest from Arch Druid Lathorius here, as both are very easy to miss.
Save the Winterfin Murlocs
Head to King Mrgl-Mrgl at 48.66, 59.03 and complete the 9-quest chain to save the Winterfin murlocs.
Reclaim the Tuskarr Quarry
Fly to the Tuskarr quarry and complete the Reclaiming the Quarry chain, which spans 7 quests dealing with mage hunters overrunning the area.
Investigate the Bloodspore Plants
Find the elven bloodmage involved in The Wondrous Bloodspore chain and complete all 7 quests investigating the strange pollen-bearing plants.
Retake Kaskala from Kvaldir
Travel to the Tuskarr village of Kaskala and complete the Not Without a Fight! chain across 4 quests to drive out the invading kvaldir.
Unlock the Vial of Fresh Blood Quest
Kill Darkfallen Bloodbearer to obtain the 
Vial of Fresh Blood, which unlocks a quest that then opens 2 additional quests — all required for completion.
Complete Coldarra Quests
Do not skip Coldarra — its quests count toward this achievement even though they appear under a different label in your quest log.
Tips
Several quest chains in Borean Tundra are not connected to the main storyline and must be picked up manually by flying to their starting locations — skipping any one chain will leave you short of the full count.
