The Heart Forge
Unlock the Heart Forge in the repaired Chamber of Heart
The Heart Forge achievement is earned by unlocking the Heart Forge inside the repaired Chamber of Heart, which is completed at the end of the Nazjatar and Magni Bronzebeard questlines in Battle for Azeroth.
Find the Earthen Guardian
To skip straight to the relevant questline, locate the Earthen Guardian NPC. Alliance players will find them at 75, 15 in Boralus Harbor, just east of the Snug Harbor Inn in the Tradewinds Market. Horde players will find them at 51, 89 in the southern end of Dazar'alor, just southwest of the kitchen in the Grand Bazaar.
Travel to Silithus
Head to Silithus to meet Magni Bronzebeard and begin the questline that leads through the Chamber of Heart.
Progress the Nazjatar questline
Advance through the Nazjatar questline until Magni Bronzebeard appears, then continue his questline until the Heart Forge is fully unlocked, which awards the achievement. Completing this questline also leads into the chain that rewards 
Ashjra'kamas, Shroud of Resolve.
