Defeat Uu'nat, Harbinger of the Void in Crucible of Storms without allowing N'Zoth to see your movement in Normal Difficulty or higher.

A Good Eye-dea requires you to defeat Uu'nat, Harbinger of the Void in Crucible of Storms on Normal difficulty or higher without moving while N'Zoth's eye is open.

1

Enter Crucible of Storms

Enter Crucible of Storms on Normal difficulty or higher and engage Uu'nat. The achievement is personal, meaning each player must earn it individually and cannot be dead when it completes.

2

Let the Eye Open

Do not nuke Uu'nat down immediately. Allow him to reach 100 energy so he casts Gift of N'Zoth and N'Zoth's eye actually opens at least once — skipping past the eye opening entirely has resulted in no achievement being awarded.

3

Stop All Movement During Eye

When Uu'nat approaches 90 to 95 energy, stop moving completely. N'Zoth's eye opens when Gift of N'Zoth is cast and does not close until around 35 to 40 energy, so remain completely still throughout that entire window. Avoid any movement abilities such as Blink or Whirling Dragon Punch, and do not jump, as these may cause the achievement to fail.

4

Stay Still During Transitions

N'Zoth's eye is also open during phase transitions when the boss is in the air, so do not move during those periods either. Be cautious in phase 2 — if the large purple fear circle is about to appear as the phase transition begins, it can force movement and ruin the achievement.

5

Defeat Uu'nat

Once the eye closes around 35 to 40 energy, resume dealing damage freely and defeat Uu'nat to complete the achievement.

Tips

  • The achievement tracker does not turn red when you fail the movement check, so there is no in-fight feedback — treat any movement during the eye as a failed attempt and reset if needed.

  • Players who did not get the achievement on a first attempt can die at the start of a subsequent run and still receive the achievement upon Uu'nat's defeat.
