Armories last 10 minutes, and once one expires another immediately becomes available to build on the island, so fly between available armories to minimize downtime and avoid peak hours when competition is high.

Reaching 1,000 contributions through armories alone requires approximately 91 builds, which costs roughly 91 Energy Cells and 18,200 Spare Parts (approximately 73 S.P.A.R.E. Crates) — though expect to need slightly more if you also contribute to other construction types along the way.

If no armories are available, find a broken Reclamation Rig and repair it for 14 contributions, then allow it to be destroyed by the Contaminated Glob and repair it again repeatedly. Each repair cycle costs 1,000 Spare Parts and 4 Energy Cells, making this a resource-heavy but viable alternative.

Drilling Rigs cost 25 Spare Parts per contribution and are a supplementary method, but spawn slower and attract more competing players. The underground cavern Drill Rigs are notably efficient because killing the mobs inside often returns more Spare Parts than you spent building the rig — stay inside until the cavern collapses to maximize returns.

If you are working toward the Mecha-Done meta-achievement simultaneously, avoid contributing to constructions beyond what dailies or specific tasks require, as simply completing the meta naturally brings progress to around 861 out of 1,000 contributions without any dedicated farming.
