Craft 250 Junkyard Tinkering items in Mechagon, excluding crates.
Junkyard Apprentice requires crafting 250 Junkyard Tinkering items at Pascal in Mechagon, with crates explicitly excluded from progress.
Avoid Crafting Crates
S.P.A.R.E. Crates do not count toward this achievement, so avoid spending materials on them for progress.
Craft Emergency Powerpacks
Visit Pascal and craft 
Emergency Powerpacks, each costing only 5 
Energy Cells — players with stockpiled Energy Cells can burn through 100 or more crafts quickly using this method alone.
Farm Canned Minnows Method
Kill Deepwater Maw to obtain the Blueprint: Canned Minnows drop, then farm 
Spare Parts and 
Ionized Minnows using the Minnow Vac acquired from the fishing trainer in Mechagon; crafting 
Canned Minnows now requires 50 Spare Parts and 6 Ionized Minnows per batch of 10, meaning 250 crafts require 12,500 Spare Parts and 1,500 Ionized Minnows.
Tips
Ionized Minnows can be farmed in 30 minutes or less by completing the fishing trainer quest chain in Mechagon to unlock the Minnow Vac.
If short on Spare Parts, prioritize Emergency Powerpacks from excess Energy Cells to offset the remaining crafts needed.
