Mythic: Havenswood is earned by completing a Havenswood Island Expedition on Mythic difficulty, queued through Flynn Fairwind in Boralus.
Queue With Flynn Fairwind
Travel to Boralus and speak with Flynn Fairwind, who stands behind the expedition table. Talk to him directly to queue solo for a Mythic difficulty Havenswood expedition.
Complete the Expedition
Enter Havenswood on Mythic difficulty and defeat all enemies to achieve victory and earn the achievement.
Tips
