Praise the Sunflower
Defeat the Opulence in Battle of Dazar'alor after /praising a Singing Sunflower while under the effects of Brilliant Aura on Normal Difficulty or higher.
Praise the Sunflower is a 10-point achievement earned by defeating Opulence in Battle of Dazar'alor after using /praise on a Singing Sunflower pet while under the effect of Brilliant Aura.
Obtain Singing Sunflower Pet
At least one player in the encounter must have the Singing Sunflower battle pet obtained from the quest Lawn of the Dead. The pet does not need to belong to you — any player's Singing Sunflower will work for the achievement.
Summon Sunflower Before Engaging
Summon the Singing Sunflower battle pet before starting the Opulence encounter. The pet must be active and present when you use /praise later in the fight.
Pick Up Topaz of Brilliant Sunlight
Enter the left (west) corridor of the Opulence encounter and locate the Topaz of Brilliant Sunlight in the side room. Click it to begin gaining stacks of Incandescence while standing alone near it.
Build Stacks and Gain Brilliant Aura
Upon reaching 100 stacks of Incandescence — which takes approximately 100 seconds — the player carrying the gem gains Grossly Incandescent! for 20 seconds, which grants Brilliant Aura to that player and all nearby players, increasing critical strike chance by 100%. All players who need achievement credit must stay stacked on the Grossly Incandescent! player to receive Brilliant Aura; moving too far away will cause the buff to be lost.
Praise the Singing Sunflower
While Brilliant Aura is active, target the Singing Sunflower pet and type /praise in chat. Players using a non-English client must use their localized command: French /louange, German /preisen, Spanish /alabar, Russian /похвала, Italian /elogiato, Portuguese /elogiar.
Defeat Opulence
After /praising the Singing Sunflower under Brilliant Aura, defeat Opulence on Normal difficulty or higher to complete the achievement.
Tips
If attempting this with two accounts, assign each character to one corridor — burst one side's mini-boss quickly and tag Opulence before the encounter resets, picking up the Topaz of Brilliant Sunlight in the corridor along the way.
The Opulence encounter resets if both side mini-bosses are engaged simultaneously without the boss being tagged, so use a pet class to have a pet attack Opulence first when attempting with limited players.
