Night Moves requires you to capture every location in the Battle for Darkshore warfront.
Queue for Darkshore Warfront
Enter the Battle for Darkshore queue and capture banner locations as they become available. You can re-queue to capture any locations you missed in a previous run.
Prioritize Banner Captures
Help fight the level 122 boss until it reaches around 20% health, then move to the nearby banner and click it to capture the location before other players do.
Use Neural Silencer
Equip a 
Neural Silencer before capturing banners to prevent other players from interfering with your capture attempt.
Tips
If the warfront queue is long, check the Group Finder for premade groups, though note that participation can be very low outside of active warfront windows.
