Purchase the Expert First Aid - Under Wraps book from Deneb Walker at 27.0, 58.8 in Stormgarde Keep, Arathi Highlands (Alliance), or from Balai Lok'Wein at 36.5, 30.4 in Dustwallow Marsh (Horde). The book costs 
1 gold, or less if you have raised reputation with Stormwind (Alliance) or Darkspear Trolls (Horde).
