Allied Races: Kul Tiran
Earn the allegiance of the Kul Tirans and welcome them into the Alliance.
Allied Races: Kul Tiran requires earning Exalted reputation with the Proudmoore Admiralty, completing several Battle for Azeroth storylines, and finishing a quest chain at the Stormwind Embassy to unlock the Kul Tiran race for character creation.
Reach Level 40
Have at least one character at level 40 on your account. As of patch 10.1.5, this is the only account-level requirement remaining to begin unlocking Allied Races.
Reach Exalted with Proudmoore Admiralty
Earn Exalted reputation with the Proudmoore Admiralty. This is a hard prerequisite before the unlock quest chain becomes available.
Complete Tides of Vengeance Storylines
Finish the following Tides of Vengeance quests: War Marches On, Mischief Managed, The Sleeper Agent, and He Who Walks in the Light.
Complete Pride of Kul Tiras
Finish The Pride of Kul Tiras storyline, which includes the Siege of Boralus dungeon quest Lady Ashvane's Return. Enter the dungeon and defeat the required bosses to complete this step.
Complete Loremaster of Kul Tiras
Finish the Loremaster of Kul Tiras achievement, which includes the A Sound Plan questline among others across Kul Tiras.
Accept Made in Kul Tiras at Stormwind Embassy
Travel to Stormwind and fly north to the Stormwind Embassy. Accept the quest Made in Kul Tiras from Jaina to begin the unlock chain.
Travel to Boralus Harbormaster's Office
Port or hearth to Boralus and go to the Harbormaster's Office. Speak with Cyrus Crestfall and tell him you are looking for the shipwright Dorian Atwater, then turn in the quest and accept The Master Shipwright.
Fly to Brennadam, Stormsong Valley
Speak with Jaina and fly to Brennadam in Stormsong Valley. Speak with Cyrus Crestfall there to turn in the quest, then accept Fish Tales and Distant Sails.
Speak with Brennadam Citizens
Talk to the Talkative Brennadam Citizens and ask them about Dorian Atwater's location. Once you learn where Dorian is, return to Cyrus to continue the quest chain.
Complete the Full Quest Chain
Continue the quest chain, which involves roughly 20 quests total and frequent travel back and forth across Kul Tiras. Finishing it grants the Allied Races: Kul Tiran achievement and unlocks the Kul Tiran race, along with the 
Kul Tiran Charger.
Tips
If the quest Made in Kul Tiras does not appear even after meeting all requirements, go to the Stormwind Embassy in Stormwind rather than looking in Boralus — the chain starts there, not in Kul Tiras.
