Sucker Punch
Kill a player that is affected by a Sticky Starfish on Island Expeditions.
Sucker Punch requires you to kill a player affected by a Sticky Starfish during a PvP Island Expedition.
Queue in PvP Mode
This achievement can only be completed in PvP mode Island Expeditions, so queue specifically for PvP Islands to ensure enemy players are present.
Find the Sticky Starfish
Search the coastal areas of the island for a Sticky Starfish on the ground — it appears as an orange glowing star and can be found as a pickup item along the shoreline, such as on the Ruins of Un'gol island.
Apply Starfish to Enemy
Use the Sticky Starfish on an enemy player from the opposing faction; the item disorients the target and increases their damage taken by 10% for 20 seconds.
Kill the Affected Player
Kill the disoriented enemy while the Sticky Starfish debuff is active — you do not need the killing blow, as all three members of your group receive the achievement when the affected player dies.
Target Classes Without Immunities
Avoid targeting Paladins, Hunters, and Rogues when possible, as their immunity abilities (such as bubble, turtle, and cloak) can clear the Sticky Starfish debuff before the kill; also consider using crowd control on targets running the Adaptation PvP talent.
Tips
If the Sticky Starfish does not appear as a usable ability after picking it up, check that your Zone Ability bar is not hidden by any interface settings.
