Complete 10 of the Island Expeditions quests listed below.
Tell Me A Tale requires you to complete 10 of the Island Expeditions quests by collecting specific drop items from Island Expedition runs and turning them in to NPCs across Azeroth.
Run Island Expeditions to collect items
At the end of a winning Island Expedition, there is a chance to receive a quest item based on the primary enemy faction present on that island. You can identify the current primary enemy for each island by checking the mission table or looking up the island on Wowhead, which will display something like 'Crestfall with Orcs', indicating Orcs are the primary enemy that week. Killing the primary enemy gives a high chance of dropping the corresponding quest item.
Match items to enemy factions
Each quest item corresponds to a specific enemy type: 
Weathered Pamphlet drops from Venture Co., 
Wriggling Mass drops from Old God Minions, 
Strangling Root drops from Keepers of the Grove, 
Druidic Fur drops from Druids, and 
Vorus'arak's Carapace drops from Nerubians. Focus on islands whose primary enemy matches the quest item you still need.
Turn in Kalimdor quest items
Turn in Strangling Root to Keeper Remulos at 36.2, 41.8 in Moonglade. Turn in Druidic Fur to Loganaar at 52.4, 40.4 in Moonglade. Turn in 
Venture Co. Business Plan to Lizzarik at 66.8, 72.6 in Northern Barrens.
Turn in Eastern Kingdoms quest items
Turn in 
Battered Twilight Scale to Eryna at 20.2, 54.6 in Twilight Highlands. Turn in 
Unscarred Black Scale to the Blacktalon Agent at 47.8, 68.8 in Blackrock Mountain, or find them near Burning Steppes at 26.5, 24.5.
Tips
As of patch 11.0.7, the achievement requires only 10 completed Island Expedition quests instead of all of them, significantly reducing the total number of runs needed.
Runs where you do not focus on the primary enemy faction are largely wasted — at roughly 62 runs to reach 6 completions when playing optimally, spending runs on non-primary enemies will significantly inflate your total run count.
