Three Sheets to the Wind
Acquire all of these Kul Tiran drinks.
Three Sheets to the Wind is a 5-point achievement requiring you to acquire all listed Kul Tiran drinks, which can be purchased from vendors, bought from the Auction House, or traded to you — you do not need to drink them.
Understand Horde Restrictions
Horde players cannot access all Alliance vendors directly. You can buy 
Aurora Borealis, Brennadam Apple Brandy, and Dark and Stormy from the Rusty Blade Waitress Horde NPC, and 
Drop Anchor Dunkel and 
Pontoon Pilsner from Zuaba Sonja. For all remaining drinks, coordinate with an Alliance player on your server or purchase them from the Auction House.
Visit Harold Atkey in Boralus
Find Harold Atkey at 75.33, 14.42 in Boralus (Tradewinds Market) to purchase Aurora Borealis.
Visit Nicolas Moal in Boralus
Find Nicolas Moal at 58.17, 70.24 in Tiragarde Sound (Boralus) to purchase 
Arathor Single Cask and 
Corlain Estate 12 Year.
Visit Sarella Griffin in Tiragarde Sound
Find Sarella Griffin at 49.79, 25.29 in Tiragarde Sound (Norwington Estate) to purchase Drop Anchor Dunkel, Hook Point Porter, and 
Kul Tiran Tripel.
Visit Barkeep Cotner in Drustvar
Find Barkeep Cotner at 21.14, 66.15 in Drustvar (Crimson Coast) to purchase 
Blacktooth Bloodwine, 
Sausage Martini, and 
Snowberry Berliner. Note that Barkeep Cotner is a Neutral NPC, accessible by both factions.
Get Linda Deepwater Items
Linda Deepwater is a Neutral NPC who sells 
Thornspeaker Moonshine, 
Hook Point Schnapps, 
Whitegrove Pale Ale, Kul Tiran Tripel, Blacktooth Bloodwine, 
Admiralty-Issued Grog, 
Bitter Darkroot Vodka, 
Mildenhall Mead, and 
Long Forgotten Rum — both Alliance and Horde players can purchase from her.
Use the Auction House for Remainder
Any drinks you cannot purchase directly from vendors — particularly those restricted to Alliance-only vendors — can be obtained through the Auction House or by having an Alliance player trade them to you, as the achievement grants progress upon acquiring the items regardless of the source.
Tips
Progress toward this achievement is granted when you acquire each drink, not when you consume it, so you can store them or trade duplicates.
Horde players should check the Auction House first for Alliance-restricted drinks like
Brennadam Apple Brandy before coordinating cross-faction trades.
