Hit the following targets with Vile Bombardment during "Swab This!" in Tiragarde Sound.
Bless the Rains Down in Freehold is a 5-point achievement earned by hitting specific targets with Vile Bombardment during the 'Swab This!' world quest or the quest 'Rodrigo's Revenge' in the Freehold area of Tiragarde Sound.
Unlock Rodrigo's Revenge
If you have never completed Tiragarde Sound, follow the Trouble in Tiragarde Sound storyline starting with Labor Dispute, then Suspicious Shipments, Small Haulers, and Message from Management. Continue the chain through the Freehold section until you complete Rodrigo's Roost, which unlocks Flew the Coop, followed by Rodrigo's Revenge. You can also complete this achievement via the 'Swab This!' world quest when it is active. Travel to the Freehold windrider at 77.04, 83.13 to reach the area.
Mount the Riding Macaw
In the Freehold area, mount the Riding Macaw parrot to begin using Vile Bombardment, which you will need to hit all four targets to earn the achievement.
Hit Sweete's Feast
Hit Sweete's Feast with Vile Bombardment. It is located on the balcony walkway by the Ring of Booty Arena at 73.38, 83.92 in Tiragarde Sound.
Hit Cart o' Cutlasses
Hit the Cart o' Cutlasses with Vile Bombardment. It sits west along the road that runs into the Ring of Booty at 75.05, 82.94 in Tiragarde Sound.
Hit the Banana Hoard
Hit the Banana Hoard with Vile Bombardment. It is on the balcony of the tavern where you question Nub Nub, located at 76.15, 84.6 in Tiragarde Sound.
Hit Blacktooth Brew
Hit the Blacktooth Brew with Vile Bombardment. It is a stew pot in the lower section along the cliff edge near a lean-to structure at 76.69, 81.8 in Tiragarde Sound.
