The Long Con
Complete Roko the Wandering Merchant's storyline in Tiragarde Sound.
The Long Con is an Alliance-only achievement in Tiragarde Sound that rewards the 
Tiragarde Treasure Chest upon completing Roko the Wandering Merchant's five-quest storyline in Freehold.
Start BFA Intro Chain
This achievement is Alliance only. Begin by speaking with Hero's Herald at 63.2, 71.4 in Stormwind to pick up the quest Battle for Azeroth: Tides of War.
Complete Magni's Quest
If the War Council does not appear in your objective area, visit Magni Bronzebeard at 87.4, 35.2 in Stormwind. Complete the first quest he offers, return to Stormwind, and Anduin will now be visible in the objective area.
Reach Tiragarde Sound
Continue the introductory quest line until Jaina takes you to Tiragarde Sound. You must be level 120 to complete the final quest in the chain.
Find Roko in Freehold
Locate Roko the Wandering Merchant at 79.73, 81.88 in Freehold. There are multiple versions of Roko around Tiragarde Sound, so use these exact coordinates to find the correct one. Pick up the quest Aged to Perfection from him to begin the chain.
Complete the Quest Chain
Complete all five quests in the chain in order: Aged to Perfection (from Roko), Trixie Business (from Carentan), Carentan's Payment (from Carentan), A Bad Deal (from Blacktooth Knuckleduster), and finally The Long Con (from Roko in Tradewinds Market).
Tips
This achievement is only visible and completable on Alliance characters — Horde characters cannot see or track progress toward it.
If you have completed 4 out of 5 quests and no quest givers are offering anything, check every quest giver and completion point in the chain at their exact locations, as the quest does not always appear in your log if a step was missed.
